Join us on Sunday October 8th, 2017 at 1 p.m. in Hollywood for an afternoon of food, healing and community. Enjoy grounding yoga, calming massage, and delicious food. Over the past two years, our wellness events have brought scores of individuals together to build community and raised thousands of dollars to support the advocacy, activism, and direct-service work of organizations like Red Circle Project, Alliance for Housing and Healing, and 826LA.

Kali Sampson Alexander, Wellness expert
Kali is a Los Angeles based yoga teacher, licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, wellness expert, and mama. Her capacity to apply Eastern modalities and make them relevant and effective for contemporary Western living creates a unique synergy that resonates within a modern lifestyle. As staff acupuncturist for Altamed Health Services she works alongside medical doctors in the treatment of infectious diseases, pain management, and emotional imbalance. She has been featured in Yoga Journal, Mantra Magazine, LA Yoga, Journey of Possibilities and the web-series Yoga Intervention.
Brian Ikeda, Wellness expert
Brian is trained in multiple massage modalities. In addition to Swedish and Shiatsu, his repertoire includes Samoan Nonu, Tahitian Taurumi, and the Hawaiian techniques of Pohaku, Ho'olele and Lomilomi. Brian's 12 years of professional practice include work at Halekulani, the Moana Lani Spa at the Moana Surfrider, and Laniwai Spa at Disney's Aulani on the island of 'Oahu. Brian currently provides massage therapy services at Ciel Spa at the SLS Beverly Hills and Chuan Spa at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena. He is licensed in both Hawai'i and California.
